I just received my two week trial of SuperZone foods and I was a bit taken aback to discover that the box that my food was packaged in had gigantic print on all sides of it saying ZONE DIET. I'm sure I am not the only person who believes that what they eat or whatever diet they may choose to be on should be a private matter and not something to be shared with everyone. Regardless of whether this is a "lifestyle" or a "diet", Zone Labs should use more discretion. |

I had not thought of that, but good point. Some people are quite uncomfortable in admitting to others that they are following a "diet". Even me, I would have to admit that I got "the look" from my DH when my box arrived. |

It doesn't bother me, I like sharing the benefits of the Zone diet with anyone that will listen, especially the benefits of the fish oil. I do have to admit that my DH looked at the box and said "Now what did you buy!" |

I LOVE THE ADVERTISING ON THE BOXES...ESPECIALLY NOW...BECAUSE IT GOT ME THE SHIPMENT LAST NIGHT INSTEAD OF MONDAY. OUR OFFICE FED EX MAN HAPPENED TO SEE THE BOXES AS HE WAS GETTING READY TO GO HOME. HE ASKED HIS RELIEF DRIVER TO TAKE THEM TO ME AS A FAVOR...AFTER READINGTHE WORDS ZONE DIET...HE THOUGHT I MIGHT NEED THEM BEFORE MONDAY....CAUSE THE OFFICE IS CLOSED AND HAS A 4 DAY WEEKEND!! GOTTA LOVE MY FED EX MAN!!! |

That's great Mel!
Husbands, mine's just the opposite. He sees a Zone shipment come and usually says somethign like 'Did you get more granola? We didn't get enough last time. Get more next time!' He likes all the Zone foods, except the Dark Chocolate Raspberry bars...who knows? I love them, lol! |

well, my DH really loved the zone bars, but I haven't ordered them for almost a year now. So, when I get a shipment, he asks if I have more bars, but it is just the fish oil! So, I think he has given up on me! But, I keep telling him that if he wants zone bars, all he has to do is place an order! |

Actually, he complains because I order from more than just this site. Internet shopping is a great convenience, unfortunately. After he complains, which really not complaining much, he likes to try everything. I was considering placing an order for the bars for him since he would no way eat granola, he never has liked it. Unfortunately we both liked the lemon bars and they no longer make them, but he does like to grab one on the run to take in his car, and we have found them an easier convenience to stick in a bag for flying, so I will have to let him read the list and pick out his own, or get a couple boxes of the trial ones. I picked up some in the store for him, (don't know the brand, but high protein), the other day, and they were actually just as expensive as the Zone bars, so I might as well get some that I can eat also! |
