Jordan, any of those. GLA needs differ among individuals. You can use the SIP (Silent Information Profile, aka ESR, Eicosanoid Status Report), to fine tune it to your specific needs. BTW, he's referring to slow cooking steel cut oatmeal that takes at least 30 min to cook. You will not get the GLA benefit from those with shorter cooking times, nor will you get it from rolled oats or instant oats (because of the additional processing). |
