I could call them, but on my way to work, and am getting ready to place an order for a few more Superzone products. For autoship, does it have to be the same products all of the time, or do we have the opportunity to switch each time? Say one time I may want bagels, another time I may want to switch to pretzels. That's why I never have done it, because I like variety. I get bored with the same old thing week after week, and only want to incorporate a few products into my regular Zone diet.

    Mari,

You can change it anytime you want, 20 times a day if you choose to, and that's products, frequency of shipments, all of it. You can put it on hold, you can cancel restart, etc.

Yes, I have changed items as well as shipment dates. If you want to switch the delivery date, be sure you call a week before it ships. Also. they messed up my delivery date three times. So, take notes and be sure they get it right. I will see if they get it right when my next order ships at the end of this month. I was ready to not bother with it since they messed up so much. Plus, it has taken at least a week or longer to get my orders. They said it should take three days but that is not the case with my orders.

YES, their Autoship and their Autoship process is a pain to work with and to deal with.
At least I got a free product out of it, because of a called in cancellation they forgot to actually cancel and charged me for. (They didn't want to pay for the return shipping because of their mistake.)
Of course, now I am waiting the 4-6 weeks for the actual refund/credit to my credit card. They can certainly charge the money right-away - they should be able to refund/credit just as fast.
I repeat that it would be much easier to allow users to manage Autoship online.

John, thanks for posting. I thought I was the only one. It would be better if we could manage it online and emails letting us know when it ships with a tracking number would be nice!

I second that! Or third it, I guess I am not second in line-LOL!

I can never keep track of shipping dates, and it would be nice to have it all laid out online so that we can do a quick check of the shipping date and being able to make changes as necessary. To be honest, it may be easy for some people to call in and make the changes over the phone, but I find that I spend time on hold before my call even gets picked up. That is not very convenient when all you need to know is when the product will be shipped.

I do know that with other orders (not autoship) that it has taken longer than the stated time. I don't think it is the fault of Fed-Ex either. I have placed many Fed-Ex orders over the years, and some recently from other companies with no issues. This is the only site that does not provide a tracking number, and also the longest to ship.

My last food order took 5 days, the prior one was 6 days.

Is there a way to alter the items that are selected for AutoShip online? If not, who do you contact?

You would have to call the Zone at their customer service number and speak to a representative who can change the order for you.

Has anyone else had frustrations with getting their SuperZone foods delivered? I purchased the two week fast track program and my second week was never delivered. It was due to me a week ago and still hasn't arrived. My boyfriend also started the program at the same time and his second week also did not arrive. I have called customer service and their response was that their computer in NYC is down and their deliveries were delayed. They took my number, said they would call me back right away after they talked to their shipping department. The call never came. I also signed up for auto ship every 14 days (placed my order a week ago) and the items that I ordered on auto ship have not arrived. I hope they work their supply chain issues out soon because this looks like a pretty amateur operation.

They did have some issues regarding the computer and the recent snowstorms, but I was under the impression that they were sending out emails to customers about this, and that customers' orders were being "upgraded" due to the delay.

Another problem with autoship, I called several weeks ago to change one of my orders (didn't want the cookies), but apparently they must have "forgotten" to make the change. My cookies arrived once again in the latest shipment. So, another phone call to take care of that...

Again, would be nice to be able to manage autoship online, because if we make changes, then there is an electronic copy made of the change. But, making a phone call does not create an electronic copy for me!

My auto deliveries have been messed up since day one. Try changing the date or some of the items on your order. So far, they have messed it up everytime I have called. I am holding my breath on my next delivery. Plus, they always take well over a week for me to get my orders. They do come across as an amateur operation for sure! They really need to do something. With all they charge for products, you would think they would have things running better than they do.

I got a friendly email from them regarding my last shipment, but actually it took less time than the 1st one. Still nice that they notified me. I wholly agree, Cran, that it would be nice to manage autoship online, and that is exactly why I have not started it yet. I sucked it up and paid the shipping because I am trying to try all the items before I commit to autoship.

Well, I wrote in to them about the problems with my last shipment.
1-the cookies were not replaced as I had requested, and
2-they promised some sort of "upgrade" to the shipment due to the delay in shipping, but no upgrade was visible to me

So, due to that, they have now made the correction (they emailed the invoice to me so I could review it), and now they are going to send me some complimentary brownies! LOL, just what I need! Well, I bet my kids will like them.

I placed and order for some super zone foods last week and was surprized to see that my order will not be delivered until March 9th. Seems like a long time! Oh well, cant wait to try them.

Never mind! My order just arrived and I'm eating a cinnamon roll right now. Hope it keeps me in the zone. The only problem is that I received a double order.

Double order, nice. (wouldn't be a problem for me, lol!) They keep well in the freezer if you're not going to finish them in a week. Enjoy!

Maybe the weather played a part with all of the storms? I also have one more question about the autoship. One area says that you can have a delivery every 30,45, or 60 days. But when you click autoship, it only has an option for 7 or 14 days. This is very confusing. If you want 30 days, do you have to do it via phone since there is no select option for it?

Yes, I think that they can set it up if you call in.

My autoship order is delayed again, have been expecting it since Tuesday!

This will probably be the last autoship, I am going to cancel the zone foods after this one, since I still have stuff left from the last shipment, and I don't plan on eating this stuff on a regular basis.

The really frustrating thing is that they have been told this is a pain in the neck since 2007! Apparently they put alot of stock into their mini sales pitches you are forced to listen to every time you call. Are you sure you don't want X, as well? A phone call takes a minimum of 15 minutes, while online takes less than five! They might have been able to make a profit off of the bread products if they had listened to their customers! Tis a pity as many of their products are good.

Not really clear who and what your talking about here. Average wait time for a customer calling in is about 15 seconds. Our welcome message and information about our New Polyphenols is a 15 second message...
