Hi All,
I heard that honey will not increase blood sugar level. So in Zone how honey can be used? Shall we use this unlimited?

1 TBL of honey is 1g Carbs (as "Sugars").
This will spike your insulin response.
essentially 2 blocks of unfavorable Carbs.
GI = 61 +/- 3.
GL for 25g (20g Carbs) serving size = 12.
