Since am a vegetarian eating chicken and fish for protein is difficult.

I can have eggs. But having eggs each day is difficult. Need to have alternate options.

Other than protein powder (difficult to find good protein powder in India. Dr.Sears protein powder can be shipped to India? ), is there any natural sources can be used?

How about soy beans, green beans, butter beans?

Soy beans are a good source of protein.
I'll defer to other vegans/vegetarians for additional choices.

    Jayaprakash,

Re protein, yes to the soybeans, no to the green beans adn butter beans.

The book THE SOY ZONE, by Barry Sears, contains the info you're looking for about vegetarian protein sources that are good for the Zone Diet.
