peanuts are allowed in the zone? How many peanuts are 1 block fat?
Can peanuts be counted for protein?

Jayaprakash, for the Zone, peanuts are counted only as fat. For the complete list of block amounts go to the Zone Food Blocks tab in Quick Start Guide (link at right).
