I am interested to know what brands of salsa everyone is using.

Also, if anyone has a good homemade salsa or pico de gallo recipe, please post it here.

    THANKS!

I don't have certain recipe but here is how I make mine: Either canned tomatoes, chopped, or fresh ones, (italian roma work best) red onion finely chopped, fresh cilanto finely chopped (a must), fresh lime juice to taste, sea salt. Sometimes I will add some chili powder, or for variety some chopped chili's in adobo (very hot), or a little chipotle seasoning. It is so easy to make, and taste so good that I rarely buy it in the stores.

My wife buys PACE, not because of ingredients, but because of a 21 year old who goes through it like water.
I guess, i just have to wait until he gets his own place (this spring, this spring, this spring).
    .
Though we have on occasion, purchased better ingredient items for ourselves, some times one of our (rubber-band) kids will decide to have some, which is OK.
