    Hi


    I was just wondering when they say a cup of lettuce, how big is this cup??? I have small and large cups , so which one do I use??

    Thanks a lot.

    Also what does turkey breast deli style mean?? What is the difference with the normal turkey breast??

    One cup would be a measuring cup - standard.
    Turkey breast - deli style is the luncheon meat that you would buy at the deli counter or pre-packaged (like Oscar Mayer or other) - as opposed to regular turkey breast.
