If you come up with any easy indian food recipes I would love it if you shared. I found some good indian style dishes (how authentic I can't tell you for certain) in the South Beach Diet cookbook (and other SB books) that adapt to the Zone rather easily. I just go through my cookbook favorite recipes and note in pencil what the corresponding blocks are to each ingredient, then figure out where and how to make changes or substitutions to make it zone friendly. This way nearly anything can become zone friendly. I personally just try to find other options for dishes with too many poor choice carbs (potatoes, pasta etc).
Cauliflower makes a very good substitution for potatoes.
Cheers

I just found in the Cooking Tips forum, the thread called Sue's Meals and Snacks and Recipes, on a post dated 06/03/2009 a falafel and tzatzkiki recipe you might like to read. She has some other great sounding recipes as well.
Cheers
