Turkey bacon tip...

We like Bar S Turkey Bacon, a lower sodium and lower fat variety. You can find it at Shaw's in New England.

You need 3 grams of Fat per 1 block of Protein.
BUT, 1 block of Fat is only 1.5 grams Fat.
So you need 2 blocks of Fat for each 1 block Protein.
Why?
Because Low-Fat favorable Protein sources contains Fat.
Usually close enough to 1,5 grams fat for every 7 grams Protein.
So, one only needs to ADD 1.5 grams Protein.
Hence 1 block of Protein, 1.5 grams is only 1/2 of the needed Fat per block of Protein.
