Hi Dante, Welcome! In what part of Italy do you live? I spent two weeks there in July ( in the north) and loved it! Sue

Hello Dante, I mountain bike as well. Maybe someday I will come to Italy to try it. I spent two weeks in Rome and Tuscany a few years ago, and I loved it. I can't wait to get back. Do you race? I just started and I am able to compete with racers who have been training for years. I attribute part of my success to the Zone Diet. Ciao Gary

First of all Dante, my condolences on the loss of Italian Cycling legend Marco Pantanni. The Pirate was a great climber and posed some exciting duals with Lance Armstrong. I have travelled extensively throught Italy, trying all flavours of Zone Gelato. Have you ever met Eta? She was this wild scooter driver in Rome who was on the former Zone site quite often. She promised me a ride on her scooter, but I couldn't find her in Rome, I could only find Gelato! Campagnolo rocks! ciao Shiraz
