new to the zone. i use olive oil for most of my fat blocks... if i cook with the oil, does that qualify it as my fat blocks? Im thinking that by cooking with it, a lot of the oil will be cooked out of the food, and i wont be getting all the fats i need. Anybody know if i can just use oils to cook in, or if i have to keep actually dressing my food with it after the food is already prepared like ive been doing.

If you cook with the oil, it will more likely depend on how much oil is left on the pan in the end. I don't think you will lose fat from your food, but you may not be getting as much fat as you thought you were, because of what is left in the pan.

Vinnie, the oil you cook with is counted as fat blocks added to the meal.
