I haven't see this posted anywhere so I thought I would ask. I called and asked for the blocks for some of the foods. Most of them are two blocks each of what we need. So, all I need to do is add the one block of each to make it 3 blocks and I am good to go...right?? Sounds too easy to be true but that is why I am asking. I am super carb sensitive but it looks like a lot of you are doing well with these foods. I wish they would have a sale or something on them but if they are that good and keep me full, they are well worth it!

Hi kimberly,
When you receive a SuperZone order, you'll also get a sample 2 week menu with more info. Also refer to the reply I made to you other post, where you asked about SuperZone blocks (I explained where to find the nutrition label info on this site).
