    Well I have gotten off the couch and to my computer and I am determined to lose weight and get healthier. My name is Joy and tomorrow starts a new lifestyle for me. I am in Manhattan, Kansas and I am looking forward to chatting and learning all I can. I'm all ears! LOL And yes.. Dorothy and Toto say "Hi"
