Not that we calculate calories in ZONE; however here is a web site that shows you how many calories are burned for a particular exercise:

Thanks for the website, John! I had not seen your post until I was weeding through some old posts.
I am looking for an activity converter that will take activities and convert them into steps for our next wellness challenge at work. Our next challenge will focus on "get moving", and we are planning to map out how far we go with our activity. Walking obviously converts to steps, but there are others who participate in some activities which are not step-related, and so it will be interesting to see what we come up with.
