I"m drinking a soy milk (vanilla flavor) that is 'lite' it has 7 grams of protein and 5 grams of carbs (although 4 of those come from sugars). Is this drink considered 1 block of protein or is it 1 P and 1C? Thanks.

I have seen that brand, but have not tried it because in his latest book, Dr. Sears had recommended Edensoy Original as best so I just buy that. I have tried the silk stuff, too, and liked it. Jill

I like it too, but what about the Omega-6 in soy milk?
