I just began zoning last week and I'm not too sure how the meals are supposed to be intregated with working out. Is one supposed to have a balanced post workout drink and deduct from the total number of blocks (making it as a 'snack), take a shake but not count it, or is one supposed to not take anything right after the workout and wait until your next meal is up??? I currently workout right after work, falling between my snack and dinner time. If anyone could give some guidance I would really appreciate it.

Hi Ronny!
If you're going to be eating dinner soon after you finish the workout, no need for a snack. If not, have a balanced one block snack after the workout, and yes, include it in you daily block count.
