Hello everyone.
I am very curious to hear from the zoners if anyone use MBT shoes for everyday walking or doing sports (jogging). I recently bought those and still trying to put them into my daily routine and was wondering how many minutes of a normal everyday activity (which is shown as an example in a zone webpage) does it substitute if you use these shoes for: a) walking for half an hour in a quick or moderate walk; or b) if you slowly jog as it is provided in the manual (30mins as well);
Thank you for sharing your experience.

Hello,
I have two pairs of MBT. Don't to use for jogging ! It hurts ! Only for walking. I use them at home when I come back from working-out and on week-end !

I also have two pairs of MBT's. Don't use them for strenuous cardio or any kind of running or jogging. They will tear up your ankles. They tend to rub. I think you will get the most benefit from the MBT's if you just wear them around as your normal shoes. The really do make you adjust your posture. I woulnd't wear them if you have any balance issues though. They can be pretty crazy at first, but now I love mine after 2 years.
