Hi there! I am almost a week into the Zone and I was wondering if anyone was interested in having an email "Zone Buddy?" I am always checking my email and it would be nice to have someone else to check in with that is doing the same thing!! :D

I'm in!!! I just started back on the Zone and i'm very excited and motivated right now so it would be great to be able to talk to other ppl about it to keep the up the momentum!!! my family and friends are not yet convinced that the Zone works so i cant talk to them about it because they just dont seem to understand! i took a 'before' picture (in a bikini..yikes!!! hahaha) when i first started (only a couple weeks ago) and will take a picture every month and then show them how it really DOES work ...with picture proof!

in the past couple of weeks i've had some ups and downs with the zone so talking to a support person would be really helpful!

Since you all are as new as I am at this I was wondering if any of you have lost any weight or are you still trying to figure out the program?

This is actually my second attempt (in two months) at the Zone. i originally started at the end of Nov last yr (hahaha bad timing..RIGHT before xmas holidays!) and lost 6.5lbs in 2 1/2 weeks and i was feeling great! Then i took dec off of the zone (BIG BIG REGRET) to indulge in holiday goodies...and i gained it all back plus more! so i've started back up a couple weeks ago..and this time..i'm not losing as much weight. this time in two weeks..i've lost 2.5lbs...which is still SOMETHING..so i shouldnt complain. i guess i was dissappointed because it wasn't as big of a loss as the first time around! i am going to stick to this regardless because i remember what it felt like when i was 'in the zone' the first time around and it was amazing!

i do get confused about doing this properly as i'm still new..so this site is really great. there are some ppl on this site that are extremely knowledgeable about the Zone diet and they are so friendly its amazing. i felt really bad and embarrassed asking so many stupid questions at first...but they were all so kind that i feel very supported! so my suggestion would be to ask ask ask if you are feeling confused!
