All I can say about my trip is........OOOPs I went off the zone for a little bit But.!!! It's the start of a new day and I'm going back on track!!!

Been there, done that :oops: After about 4 weeks on the Zone I had to go on a four day business trip to Houston. All we did was eat and drink... I did better than if I hadn't been on the Zone at all, but I still messed up a lot. The good thing is that it was pretty easy to get back to the Zone.
