Day 5.! Yesterday I felt a little tired, but, overall I feel really good. I'm going away for 4 days and we'll probably be going out to eat everynight. I'm concerned that I won't be able to stick with it. Does anyone have any suggestions on where the best place is to eat? I pretty much know what to order. Not all restuarants sell steamed veggies and fresh fruit. For food during the day I'm bringing a cooler with cottage cheese, sliced turkey, and some fruit. I didn't have enough room in my cooler for all the veggies and I definately couldn't see myself chopping veggies in the hotel room! :) Any suggestions? April? Adam? :D

Bring some ZonePerfect or Balance Bars, a can of nuts, and don't forget the bottled water.

I love ceasar salad...Doesn't the dressing have tons of fat? Should I put the dressing on the side and then add just a little bit? :?:

Definately ask for dressing on the side. Most restaurants REALLY overdo the dressing when tossed in. I would forgo the caesar dressing altogether and ask for oil and vinegar instead.
