I was wondering if anyone knew what sort of activity level CrossFit would fall under? I usually do 5 Crossfit workouts a week. Its hard to determine as some wokouts will be short, high intensity.. Others will be strength or long distance style.

I'm trying to determine the correct block level. I think I might have it a touch high at the moment. 18 blocks. 160 lbs. I think about 12% body fat. I wouldn't mind dropping a little bit of fat.

How much difference does one block make?

16 to 18 blocks looks right for you. a block is not going to make a big differnce at your protein requirement. One block too many isn't usually going to be a big deal.

Thanks Sue. I think I'll go 18 blocks on training days and drop it back a couple on those days I don't. Still working things out. Yesterday was a Zone write off.. Family get together. I dont know why, but I just succumbed yesterday.. Ah well back to it today

You're welcome adrian! Keep it at 18 every day. Your Zone protein requirement is based on supporting your current muscle mass. It's as important to have the protien on the days off as it is on the days you work out. Your muscles are repairing on the days off and need the protein to reapair. Yesterday...no worries. The longer you stay in the Zone, the less you'll want to eat that other stuff.
