I'm new to the zone and one thing I have been wondering about is taking protein before bed. I've always been told that it's important to take case-in protein before bed, because when you sleep your body depletes your protein. But obviously, this does not fit into the zone diet. What should I do to get protein in my body before bed?

Any low fat protein will be fine, including protein powder. Remember to eat a Zone balanced amount of low density carbohydrate and a little monounsaturated fat with it.
