Hi, I am new. I have reay the soy zone book. All of the dinner and lunch entres in the book are 4 block meals. Is there a simple way to convert them to tree block meals? Can someone explain this to me? <img src='desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'> thank you<img src='desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'>

I don't understand how to change them into 3 blocks so if you can share, that would be great! Some it is simple but not with all.
Thanks!

You could cook up the meals as 4 blocks and save 1/4 aside as a snack.
Or just cut out 1/4 of ingredients when making.

Thanks John. Sometimes it is not so simple. What I have decided to do is multiply the ingredients by 3, and then I will have 4 servings of that meal and I can save it for various meals.

Dana, another easy wayis to eliminate 1P 1C and 1F from the ingredients. Ths is very do-able with most recipes.

Dana, I do what you do, take a 4 block meal and multiply by 3, then I divide up by 4 servings after it is prepared.
