Hi all. I'll try not to make this to long. I am 5'8.5, currently 255 lbs. and roughly 35% bf. I am doing Jim Wendler's 5/3/1/ strength routine (3 workouts a week) and am also doing the One Hour Runner program (3 times a week).

Zone wise I am doing 20 blocks daily, split into 5 meals of 4 blocks each. However I have changed it so per meal it is now 4 blocks protein, 2 carbs, 6 fats. My number one concern is shedding bodyfat, and a close second is getting stronger. Just wondering am I on enough blocks daily (specifically protein; is 140 grams a day enough for what I am doing)?

I haven't had any fatigue or strength loss issues with the eating plan I outlined along with the training. Just wondering if I should maintain the course, or increase things, decrease things, etc...?

    Thanks a whole bunch.

Looks like the 20 blocks is probably just about right (possibly 21), but your meal balance leaves a bit to be desired. With 4 P and 2 C , you've taken the P/C ratio out of the Zone. You need to add more C to get the P/C ratio back to 1 or below (the range of theZone P/C ratio is .6 to 1)
