Hello. Does anybody know how can I use spirulina in the diet zone? How many protein blocks should I count? How is it compared to the protein powder?

I've only seen it in powdered form in the supplement aisles of health food stores.

Hi,
I buy spirulina from a website. So far it has worked great, it helps me follow my diet because after taking it I don't feel hungry. The website is
