This is Margaret from Canberra. Where abouts are the "Hills"? There has been so much talk on the radio about the Shires and Hills lately.

How are you going with the Zone? Did you know there is a company called GetZoned in Australia? You can order a lot of Zone products. Max is from Mona Vale Sydney and gets these to you really quickly without postage charges.

I did the Zone 6 years ago and lost 6 kilos but now have about 35 kilos to loose. I am not doing well. I went to a Herbalist 3 weeks ago who said my who system needs fixing! So hopefully when all this has been sorted out the weight might start to come off. I will see her again on 10 June.

I did the zone diet 6 or 7 years ago and found great success. Now i have put on the weight again and are about to embark onthe "journey"again, with my husband. Would appreciate if you know how we can quickly translate all those American weights and measures into metric. Last time it was very time consuming. We live close by in Blacktown area. Sue
