I just started the zone and am not too sure really about anything, however, there is a backery here in san diego that makes lo-carb bread...13g carb(12g dietary fiber)= 1 net carb and 12g protein per slice. How would I incorporate this into the zone??? Thanks for your help. Don't want to buy an $8.00 loaf of bread if it will not benefit me<img src='desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'>

You would consider that to be a little over 1 carb block. Bread should be used in moderation in the Zone.
