While reading numerous posts yesterday, I read someone's comments but can't find the thread to address my question about the comment.
Something to the extent that 'exercising anymore than an hour is a waste of time'; is that a personal opinion or a Zone concept?

Does the non-response to this question mean that it is true that anything over an hour of exercise is a waste? Or nobody knows? ;-)

    Mickey,

I don't know the specific comment you're referring to, but the person may have had cortisol levels in mind in regard to the Zone. By the point at which you've exercised for an hour, cortisol levels will have elevated enough to be working against you in regard to being able to stay Zone adn maintainn eicosanoid balance.

Mickey, maybe the non-response to your question was because things tend to slow up around here, as the weekend pulls everyone away from their computers. :-)
