    Has anybody used this product and know how I would make it Zone friendly?

    It has 11grams of carb...0 pro, 0 sugar with 45 calories. I plan on using it before my 5:00 a.m. workouts..

    Any advice??

    Getting thin 5 lbs at a time ;-)
