    Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the Slimquick packets or pills? And if it would be alright to take when being in the zone? I thought it might speed up the weight loss process.

    Hi Erica,

    The Zone isn't only about weight loss. Stick with it and you'll be amazed at your results. I lost 100 pounds in during my first two years of being in the Zone.
