    I was wondering if there was any way that I would be able to get Starbucks while dieting in the Zone. If so, what would be the best to get? :D

    Decaf Americano or Decaf drip coffee....sweetened with Splenda? That's what I do. The milk based drinks are going to be a bit carb heavy, aren't they? And the super-duper ones are going to be loaded with sugar and dairy fat.
