Hello to you all!! I would like to ask you all a question regarding breakfast... Is it necessary to have eggs or low fat cheese for breakfast? I a usually having 1 1/2 cup of yoghurt 2%fat or turkey slices with fruits+ almonds. Is this bad for staying in the zone? Meaning are there specific things that we have to eat according to the time of the day? Thank you

Your breakfast is fine. Sue
