    I just started the program yesterday and I feel great...I just hope I don't fall off like so many others I have tried... Seems like a lot of food...I am supposed to have 3f,3p3c..so I am having cottage cheese yogurt, peanuts,and an orange... besides eggs and/ cottage cheese ..are there any other alternatives with the low insuling inducers..b/c after a week of this i will be sick of cottage cheese and yogurt... Is there a book besides the one I have Enter the zone..to get more ideas for food.. oh I love having the snack just before bed...i don't feel famished at all.. Anyways if someone could get back to me... The Newbie

Also protein powder. Are you talking just breakfast? Or all meals? Have you considered ToFu?
