Hi all, Im new to the site and not sure how to start :-)! I'm currently training sea kayaking 3/4 days a week and 2 days bodybuilding, and I would like to gain muscle grow to support and improve kayaking performance. My body type is: Hight: 198 cm weight: 82kg What I eat daily: Breakfast: Cup of milk, banana, 2 slice of bread and jam/honey...sometime cereal. Lunch: 110/130 g of pasta with tomatoes sauce or pesto, bread, salad and fruit. Mid day snack: 1 panino with various type of vegetable or ham and cheese, banana..chocolate Dinner: Various type of vegetables, 2 chicken breast, sweet dessert, nuts I usually rotate the meat with 2/3 eegs and cheese. I would really appreciate if you could help me in indicating which product I may buy to associate to a possible diet..as I am quite confused to what to buy and not what to buy. Just want to add, that I have i'm 30 years old, being training for the past 7/8 months and never taken any supplements or creatine ever before. Many thanks in advance Alex |
