Hi Grant, I wasn't sure if you were still checking the other thread, but I went to a copy of "Enter the Zone" and based on the info you gave for your LBM, the chart is this book gives you 22 blocks for 1.0 pro/ per 1lb of LBM and if you up that to 1.5 it would give you 32 blocks. That to me seems like a much more reasonable amount of calories. Just thought you'd like to know the book seems to figure it better than the calculator here on the site. |
