Anyone else doing Curves along with the Zone? I think it's a good combination. Too bad they can't teach the zone. Their own program doesn't look bad, but I think the Zone is the best. Some of the women there are doing something for their health for the first time ever and it would be nice if they could get double results with the Zone too. Kim
