I'm a Wind Technician and I don't have time to cook any zone meals! Is there an alternative in cultivating in seconds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Because I work from 6am to 7pm; any advice would be greatly appreciate!

Richard -
i feel your pain. One thing I find useful is to prep on the weekend of night before. For example, boil eggs, buy tins of nuts and write on the lid your portions for snacks and meals...these are easy to grab and throw in a lunch bag. Another solution is to cook things like grilled chicken or any meat on the list beforehand. You can also bag up veggies and salads in ziiplock bags and include olive oil right in the bag. Set these up over the weekend and then just grab and go. You might also consider protein drinks or the zone bars...they are fast and convenient. I am a mom of 4 on the go all the time and I keep a box of zone bars in the car just in case. Hope this helps
