    I was a bit confused by today's Ask Dr. Sears. It seemed to be caloric thinking rather than hormonal thinking.

    I was confused with this as well. He says if you have one fat-free meal, having chicken in another meal will give the fat needed. But I thought the whole idea was to balance EVERY meal.
