For those of you who remember me, yes I am the Shiraz, but I have added another z to my name to ensure that I always stay in the zone! I have been missing in action for a couple of years now. I have had some wonderful experiences and some great adventures. I would like to commend Yoda aka, Anne Marie on her website! I would also like to say hi to Sue and congratulate her on her accomplishments and committment to the zone. I look forward to being a part of this high tech zone site! cheers Shirazz :0)

Good to hear from you, and thanks for the mention. Sue 8)

Hi Sue & eiconut, Thanks so much for the warm welcome back! Where've I been? - oh, happily zoning away in a corner somewhere. 8) Actually I've moved cities since I was last on this forum - out of my heavenly little country hideaway just beyond Melbourne & into the "big smoke" of Canberra, 800km to the north, a few hundred metres higher up & several degrees closer to freezing. SIGH!!!!! ...& still missin' my old place too. Not to worry - plenty of new biking & hiking territory to explore around here - oh happy HappyBiker :D :D Catchya, HB

G'day Sue, Yep, Canberra is south east, but not near the coast - it's a couple of hundred kms inland. Appararently when they chose the site for Canberra they decided not to put it near the coast for fear of bombardments from the sea! We do have a lake though. Actually it's a dammed river but it's kinda nice given that the surrounding countryside is so dry. ...dry as a dead dingo's doormat, as they say! (well actually they say something slightly different to doormat, but you know... :o ) Cheers, HB

As for the dingo door mat thing....yep, I get it! :) Sue
