Thanks, CC! I wish there was a WF here ... I LOVE that grocery store. The closest WF to me is over 3 hours away, so that is out of the picture. I pay $3.79 for a half gallon of milk. Yes, it's expensive, but I rarely spend money on eating out so I think of it that way. I like to eat organic if I can ... I believe it's important.

Well, then $3.99 is no big deal for you! In Wisconsin, we are screaming if we have to pay over $2 for a gallon of milk (not speaking of organic, though).
Either way, no stores around by me sell the organic milks, the closest one is over an hour away. Too far to be able to use it as a staple.

WOW! That's cheap, CC! I don't know how much a gallon of non-organic milk is ... I never buy it and they don't carry organic in gallons here. I do know that a half gallon of regular milk is around $1.69, so I do pay a premium for organic. However, they have been having some real good sales lately on organic food. This week I got a 4-pack of oranic apple sauce with no added sugar for $1. That's a good deal, and it wasn't even dollar day.
Happy Zoning!

BTW, for those of you who live in California, you can buy your raw milk from this source (which is where I get my raw milk):

While we're on this subject... I have a question that perhaps you can answer Matthew... I'm getting together a nutrition strategy for this season and I've been going through some of the new endurance products that have hit the market this year. I've noticed a lot more nutritional supplements have been adding protein and or amino acids in their endurance formulas (I've been waiting for this). My question is... why are individual amino acids not counted in the protein content for the nutritional information?
