Now just have to heal. I'm only using the strong pain meds at night now (in order to comfortably sleep). My latissumus dorsi muscle has to get used to being in front instead of in back! In another 4 weeks I should be able to begin getting back to all normal activity as far as the muscle is concerned. No need to stay completely away from watermelon. Enjoy a little now and then.
