    i cant calculate my zone block needs

    it says my things cant be calculated

    what do i do?

    Hi Alex!

    Your statistics are outside the limits of the calculator. If your stats are higher than the calculator limits, Dr Sears' advice is to assume 50% body fat and 50% LBM. To get your block requirement, multiply your LBM times .6 and divide this by 7. If you are exercising regularly most days then use .7 or .8 in the calculation.
