My wife thinks I'm nuts and most of the time I can be, but since being on the Zone diet for less than a week I sense a feeling of Humming all over. And I tend to just start to smile out of the blue. I've always been a happy go lucky sort and have lived the CrossFit lifestyle for the last two years but have never had this sort of feel good feelings. Has anyone else felt like this when jumping into the Zone? Or am I just going crazy? lol

Congrats! It's most likely from the changes in brain chemistry as a result of controling your hormones in the Zone. It's not at all unusual. Enjoy it!

Wow! I get that too. I just restarted the Zone (this is day six) after being off it for a long time and have had the vibration and silly elation feelings off and on for a few days now. Glad to know what it is and that I am not alone. Thanks, Sue.
