How should I count these do you think? I guess they would be Unfavorable Carbs? In 1 oz (18 chips) they have: Total Charbohydrates 22g 7% Dietary Fiber 2g 8% I am trying to find a chip to go with my tuna & rotel & cilantro (fake civiche, it's delicious) I used to use these chips when i wasn't doing the Zone, and it was SOOO good, but a whole OUNCE is not gonna cut it anymore! How about 12 chips for 2C? 6 for 1C?

Hmmm, I wonder if I can find a way to "crisp" the low-carb wraps into chips? Cut them up, non-stick spray and then in the oven for awhile? It may be worth a try... more BANG for my Carb buck you might say, if I get to have 2-3 wraps-worth for 1C.... hmmmmm :P

We purchase Joseph's brand wraps for lunch and snacks. (Soy, Lo-Carb, and small, whole-wheat Pita's). We often toast the 3 Carb version and eat as part of a snack. A couple of times we left them in a little lomg (and now do it on purpose) because they crisp up, right before they start to turn black. We set Toaster Oven at just under 300, and when its ready, we enjoy!

You can even crumble them on top of things to lessen the number of chips used but still get all the crunch and flavor in every bite. One favorite snack of mine is cottage cheese topped with salsa, guacamole, and crushed Guiltless Gourmet corn chips. Sue
