I posted awhile ago that I had added a block of carbs to my meals and was reporting no hunger. I started to be hungry again and sometimes tired, so I went back to even protein and carb blocks. I am still experimenting, but I think the equal blocks may be best. I wonder why the change. Did my body adjust to the program? I wonder if it has something to do with following the latest carb block, minus fiber, counts. Now I eat more of certain vegies than the older books lists as a block. Maybe that was my problem all along? Still learning. In regard to my last post, thanks Sue and Scott, for the information on why the blocks changed for carbs. Lynda

I found that after a couple of months on the Zone my body went into protein craving mode. I felt as if it wanted to catch up on many of those proteins it had missed out on for so long. So I just went with it an had more protein for a while. Dont try to fit your body into the square peg designed for someone else work out what is best for you. The food diary is a wonderful help here.
