    Hi, I know this is a really stupid question, but could someone explain what "loopy" feels like to me? Thanks, Carrie

    Thank you! So, if I am hungry and feeling one (or some) of these things after I eat, or before 4 or 5 hours, I should learn to drop one carb and add fats, right? Carrie

Carrie[/quote:102ff2c591] In a word, yes. You may or may not need to add fat. But first be sure you had enough fat in teh meal to begin with before droppig a carb. Too little fat will also cause hunger. Sue
