    Hi,

I have a suggestion. It would be to add an erratum page to this site so we can consult and refer to for errors and mistakes from all Dr. Sears literature over the years.

Example: The measurement of DRY barley in the anti-inflammation book says 1/4 cup (p.342) when it should say 1 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 tablespoon).

    Thank you.

I agree, Webberte! Or AIZ should say 1/4 cup barley, cooked instead of dry. Also, in viewing the different e-mails that were sent among Zone staff, the Anti-Aging book says 1/8 cup barley. I found it interesting that it appears they went to www.calorieking.com/ to find the correct answer. Hmmm... Looks like another website I need to bookmark!
    Happy Zoning!

They used to have such a page on www.drsears.com, but I don't know if it still exists or not. I don't see it as of my quick peek at the website right now, but I suppose it could be there somewhere?
