I have been on the Zone diet for nearly three months with favorable results. I have been taking fish oil for one month and am now taking 3 teaspoons per day (24 small capsules). I finally noticed some improvement in my symptoms exactly 30 days after starting on the fish oil. Any ideas about increasing the amount of fish oil I am taking? Should I just stay at 24 capsules or increase for faster results. Thanks for your ideas. Allan :?
