    My daughter recently came home ranting about the evils of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS),that she had just learned about in a college health class. This sugar substitute is in far more food and beverages than I realized. I've searched all Zone forums but have found very little on it. Does anyone have information, a resource or comment about this?
